Established since 1967

Universal Marine Consultants Limited, was established in Montreal
in 1967, with an additional office in Saint John, NB. The company later
opened offices in Halifax and Vancouver. The Halifax office now
operates under the name of Universal Marine Consultants (Atlantic) limited. Services are provided in the field of Marine Surveying and Naval Architecture. 

Neil Armstrong joined Universal Marine Consultants in 2001 and since that time has become the owner and principal surveyor operating out of a home office in Dartmouth.
